Try a snack if there’s no time for a break but if a break is what you need the most! If you feel stuck, your head is smoking and three minutes is all you’ve got: The “yoga snacks” are supposed to take off the edge and help you gather your thoughts together. Snacks are either done sitting, standing or using a table.
