Sandra from Sansche yoga talks us through some baby yoga.
In this short sequence, we focus on standing poses where we are either holding the baby in our arms or having the baby sit on our thighs.
Side note for when your baby isn’t old enough to be able to sit on their own yet: For the sake and health of your baby’s spinal development, make sure to support your baby well when sitting on your thighs! If unsure please refer to your midwife or medical advisor.
